Heritage Baptist Church has had two incredible men of God pastor over the last forty-five years.
Pastor Richard Komondor accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was eight years old. He committed to full-time ministry at the age of 13 and continues to seek God's will for his life. On July 2, 2005, he married his wife, Charlene. The couple has three sons and one daughter.
In 2003 Pastor Komondor became the Assistant Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church under the guidance of Dr. S. C. Schearer. He has since become the Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church of Great Falls, Montana where he faithfully serves God.
Dr. Sheldon Schearer was raised on a farm in Hope, Michigan, where he accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 14. He committed to full-time ministry at 22. Dr. Schearer married Marcia on June 14, 1969, and together they have three married sons, 18 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Prior to joining Heritage Baptist Church in Great Falls over 43 years ago, he served as Pator at Calvary Baptist Church in Wells, Minnesota, Delavan Baptist Church in Delavan, Minnesota, and First Baptist Church in Elkton, South Dakota.
Dr. Schearer currently serves as Senior Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church of Great Falls, Montana.
I would like to personally invite you to attend one of our services at Heritage Baptist Church. I am sure that you will not find an assembly so devoted to serving God by serving others. I encourage you to stop by so that we, as part of the community of true believers, can give you a warm welcome and a friendly hello!
I can't wait to see you there.
Sincerely,
Dr. S. C. Schearer
Senior Pastor
